Arsenal Technical High School received free football equipment this week thanks to USA Football and its corporate and strategic partner, Keystone Construction. It is part of an overall $125,000 donation worth of equipment to Indianapolis Public Schools football programs.
Keystone Construction delivered two pickup trucks filled with new helmets, shoulder pads, blocking shields, tackling dummies and other equipment. Its CEO Ersal Ozdemir was on hand to present the equipment to the team’s coaches and players.
The donation was made possible through Keystone Construction’s support of USA Football in an effort to help build stronger communities.
IPS high school seniors who play football have a 94 percent graduation rate, which is 22 points higher than the national average for American high school seniors (72 percent).
