Our “Flavor Baked” chicken is our main food item. We also serve side dishes such as potatoes, rice, and green beans among others.
I started Happy Chicken! to offer a tasty alternative to fried chicken. My chicken is baked, but crispy, and very delicious. So many health concerns are attributed to eating fried foods so this gives all the flavor and texture of fried chicken with the benefits of healthy eating.

I want to attract everyone all across town. Those who have tasted our “Flavor Baked” chicken, are repeat customers. My customers have expressed their delight in things such as how satisfying the taste is and how the food accommodates their low-calorie or healthy diets. I think creating my special recipe is significant because I wanted to offer the public a delicious and memorable dining experience. It took countless tries to create my own unique “Happy” seasoning that would make my chicken crispy, tasty and distinguished.
Future Goals:
Eventually I want to open a few more locations to serve each side of Indianapolis.
