CLINT BREEZE & THE GROOVE/NATIVE SUN

Clint Breeze and Native Sun are coming to coax the populace into a melodic and rhythmic daze sure to please even the most stoic crowd. BLACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

BRICKWORLD 2017 LEGO EXPOSITION

This two-day exposition is sure to bring out the creativity in Lego lovers of all ages. Brickworld 2017 features 60,000 square feet of LEGO brick areas, vendors, interactive activities, accessories and more. Tickets start at $9, and children under 3 are free. BON TEMPS: JENNIFER GALLEGOS & JOSHUA THOMPSON

Let the music of Bon Temps transport you to a time when music, art and poetry collided in the streets of Paris at the turn of the 20th century. Bon Temps will be performing at the Jazz Kitchen on Sunday, March 19, at 5 p.m. Admission costs $15, and tickets can be purchased at thejazzkitchen.com.

IBAR prepares for 10th annual banquet

Indianapolis Basketball African-American Recognition & Steering committee (IBAR) recently held a planning meeting for their 10th annual banquet. This year they are honoring IHSAA basketball Hall of Fame inductees Alan Henderson (1991 Brebeuf/IU/NBA), Glenn Robinson-Gary (Roosevelt/Purdue/NBA) and Bill Hampton (1955 Crispus Attucks State Champions). The event will be March 21 at 5 p.m. at The Jewel Center.

Win free Indy Popcon passes at ThinkGeek store opening 

On Friday, March 24th from 11 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, ThinkGeek will be offering the chance to win a pair of three-day passes to Indiana’s pop culture and comic con, Indy PopCon, to any guest dressed in cosplay gear. In addition, the president of Indy PopCon will also be in attendance handing out Indy Con swag and the tickets. Event takes place at College Malls new ThinkGeek location at 2894 East third street, Bloomington, IN 47401. Prizes will be given out every 15 minutes.
