If you can not make payment with a credit card, you must FAX OR mail a printed reservation form and payment to the reservation office. Email for details. You will then be contacted to confirm your reservation.
· DUE TO DEMAND FOR LIMITED CLASS DATES Refunds will only be given for cancellations made prior to 24-hours before the start time.
· DUE TO SCRUTINY BY EPA No one, for any reason, will be admitted to the class once the class has started – no exceptions. In the event that you are late, you will not be allowed to enter the class and you will not receive a refund. A new fee and reservation must be submitted for an alternative date.
