Recently, The Greater Indianapolis Branch of the NAACP had its installation ceremony at the Julia Carson Government Center. The event took place in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Indianapolis branch general meeting. Indiana State Representative John Bartlett (right) performed the installation rituals.
