The fourth annual Central Indiana Board Chair Summit, hosted by Lacy Leadership Association will take place on May 9 at the Arthur M. Glick JCC. This year’s Summit will focus on “Leading Change.”
Specifically participants will learn:
- How leading change differs from managing change;
- How to prepare to effectively lead change;
- How to assess your board leadership and organization’s readiness for change.
Thresette Briggs, president of Performance3, will be the featured speaker in 2013 and brings more than 20 years strategic and hands-on experience in organizational development and facilitation and training. Her style encourages and empowers leaders to create teams, which support high performance and successful organizations.
Participants will learn from their peers, discover practical tips for adapting and leading change in their organization and leave with a plan of action that builds a stronger future.
