Outdoor pools will open this month and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is encouraging parents, lifeguards and swimmers to educate themselves about water safety. The YMCA SPLASH Program, sponsored by St. Vincent Health, will be offered to children ages six to 12 from June 4-7 from 5:15 to 6 p.m. or 6:15 to 7 p.m. at all local YMCAs.
The SPLASH program is free to the community and participants will learn how to be safe in and around water. Youth are able to attend the program for one day or all four days.
