Vendor opportunities are open for the Recorder’s 2016 Community Health and Wellness Fair! Health care providers, insurance agents, fitness professionals and other medical professionals are invited to participate in this annual event.
The 2016 Community Health and Wellness Fair will be held at Ivy Tech Community College (Fall Creek) on Saturday September 24 from 10 a.m. – Noon.
Interested vendors should complete the attached PDF and submit it via email to assistant@indyrecorder.com.
Payment is due upon completion of application. Checks should be made out to Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper and can be sent via mail to 2901 N. Tacoma Avenue. To pay via credit card, contact the business office at 317-924-5143.
