As part of the Y’s long-term vision to help make Indianapolis one of the “Top 10 Healthiest Cities” in the United States, the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is inviting the community to participate in its Minutes to Fitness program.Ā
The program will run from Sept. 26-30 and encourages family fitness through fun activities with a goal of 150 minutes for the week. Each YMCA branch will offer free organized, family friendly classes each night. Prizes will be awarded for those who reach their goal of staying active for 150 minutes (while supplies last).
