Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE) recently announced that Perry G. Hines has joined the organization as its Chief Operating Officer.
As COO, Hines will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations, including fiscal management, procurement, personnel, and human resources operations. He will also be responsible for the overall development and refinement of performance management, quality control, and accountability systems to ensure the IBE mission, goals, and objectives are accomplished.
