The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced the relocation of the Lawrence license branch. The new branch, at 7857 E. 42nd St., will open Jan. 31.
The new location will feature the functional BMV branch design with 14 customer service terminals, a comfortable waiting area and a public restroom.
The branch will remain open for all normal hours at the current address until the close of business on Jan. 28.
Customers needing to conduct business with the BMV without visiting a license branch can visit the improved myBMV.com website or visit a BMV partner location. Some transactions can also be completed by phone through the BMV Customer Service Center at 888-692-6841.
