Seeking an experienced, detail oriented data entry professional to help in our business and circulation office. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer software related to clerical work. Ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, focused, and has a great attitude.Ā
Responsibilities
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
Requirements
- Proven data entry working experience
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
- Trustworthy with an eye for detail
- High school diploma
