Martin University Community Access Fair

The National Center for Racial Equity and Inclusion (NCREI) at Martin University will host its Fourth Annual Access Fair, an event aimed at fostering partnerships and disrupting systemic barriers that have long affected marginalized communities. The event will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 111:00 AM to 3:00 PM on campus at 2186 North Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46218..

The Access Fair is designed to connect the community with companies, organizations, and allies committed to combating systemic issues that persist in areas such as education, housing, criminal justice, employment, and health. With a focus on empowering individuals and families, the event will offer direct access to resources, services, and support in these key areas.

This year, attendees can also take advantage of on-site resume writing workshops, free haircuts, and martial arts training, further enhancing the opportunities for personal and professional growth. These additions aim to provide practical support that helps community members build confidence and readiness in their daily lives.

The National Center for Racial Equity and Inclusion at Martin assists leaders and organizations in their efforts to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion.  It utilizes workshops, lectures, seminars, programs, initiatives, and consulting engagements to achieve its mission and goals.
