The fast casual cafe is expected to open its doors by the spring of 2015 in the former Paradise Bakery & Cafe space near Whole Foods Market as part of the chainās expansion into the Indianapolis market that will take place over the next several years. āClay Terrace is the perfect fit for the first Indianapolis-area Corner Bakery Cafe, and we are excited to get the restaurant open,ā said Corner Bakeryās real estate broker, Beth Patterson, of Colliers International.
Corner Bakery Cafe serves made-to-order food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seasonal, innovative menu ranges from hot breakfast and grilled panini to handcrafted salads, signature sandwiches, mouthwatering sweets and more. Favorites include light and fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes for breakfast, the grilled-to-perfection Chicken Pomodori Panini for lunch, the crave-worthy Pesto Cavatappi for dinner, and a slice of rich Cinnamon Creme Cake for dessert.
As the name suggests, Corner Bakery Cafe began on a corner in downtown Chicago in 1991. It has since grown to more than 180 locations in 19 states and the District of Columbia. It offers a casual, warm ambiance that makes the restaurant a great place to relax or gather with friends and family. The cafe also offers catering services for any occasion.
