Eight community leaders were recently elected to serve as members-at-large on the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Pike High School junior Chloe Winston, daughter of Robin and Charlitta Winston, is among the boardās new members.
Winston was elected to a one-year term on the board and was elected to represent the council as a national delegate.
Winston recently earned a Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouts, and previously earned Girl Scout Silver and Bronze awards.
