BRUNCH IN THE CITY

Who Woulda Thought LLC, a local organization that hosts events geared toward young professionals, is hosting Brunch IN the City, a brunch like no other taking place in downtown Indianapolis. The afternoon will entail great music, food catered by Maxineā€™s Chicken & Waffles and mimosas. The purpose of this brunch is to empower Black businesses and provide an opportunity for millennials to network. The event takes place on Saturday, April 1, at 120 E. LOVE AND HATE: A CRITICAL CONVERSATION

DONā€™T SLEEP would like to invite the community to Love and Hate, a critical conversation on gender relationships and the Black community.Ā Love and Hate aims to discuss the issues that prevent Black men and Black women from supporting one another. Want something new to do with friends? Kingmakers, a game library that opened last month at 881 Massachusetts Ave., lets Hoosiers play unlimited board games for a $5 fee.
