The inaugural Culture Punch Music and Art Festival will take place July 17 at the Greenwood Park Mall. Organized by Indianapolis natives Najah Tai and Brittny “No.E” Williams, the day-long event will feature local musical and visual artists, food trucks, vendors and a headlining performance from Mrs. Indiana 2020 Justus Kelley and the Lawrence North Fierce Felines Dance Team. Proceeds will be distributed to all organizations involved.
“We are doing this for the community,” Tai and Williams said in a press release. “Our passion is giving back. We wanted to support the youth and art organizations in the city. It is so exciting to host an event this size to support causes near and dear to our hearts.”
Partners include Harrison Center for the Arts, Lawrence North High School, Herron High School, Taste of Indy, Alexander Coleman Dance Company and the EmpowHERment Daily Devotional Corportation.
Tai and Williams are accepting sponsors until July 10. For more information or to sponsor the event, contact Brittny Williams at 317-987-5140 or email No Limits Productions at info.nolimitsproductions@gmail.com.
