INDIANAPOLIS (January 22, 2009) – To promote minority business enterprises (MBE) and
women’s business enterprises (WBE), the Indiana Department of Administration’s Minority and
Women’s Business Enterprises Division will host its 2010 MWBE Resource Fair & Workshop
Series on Wednesday, February 24, 2010
“The Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Resource Fair and Workshop Series is designed
specifically around MBE and WBE vendor community needs,” said Alice Watson, Indiana

WBEs find state agencies and organizations that are in need of their services. Together with
targeted workshops, the event will help minority and women owned businesses sustain and grow in
these tough economic times.”

universities, casinos and private sector corporations including representatives from the airline
industry, automotive and medical industries. In addition, legal experts and banking professionals
will be available to discuss loan opportunities and other small business resources. There will also
