Martin University Hi-Five R&B Concert

Martin University will hold two events open to the public this weekend on campus ahead of Homecoming Week celebrations, a community access fair and a Hi-Five R&B concert.

The Kissing Game’s Hi-Five and Bashiri Asad will perform live at 8 p.m. the same day in the University’s Gathertorium. The old-school R&B concert will celebrate urban music through music by the American quintet Hi-Five and by “IndySoul” native Asad. Tickets and tables are available for purchase by visiting martin.edu.homecoming.

“We’ll have an amazing concert with nationally known Hi-Five and Bashiri Asad. It’s not just about the music, though — it’s a chance to celebrate and learn about urban culture in a fun and meaningful way for all generations,” Huddleston said.
