Foodies in Fishers got a taste of what’s to come at the city’s new event center, where a special sneak peek showcased mouthwatering menu options set to elevate local dining experiences.
The Fishers Event Center, set to officially open Nov. 22, is already creating a buzz — not just for its state-of-the-art facilities but also for its culinary offerings. At a recent preview event, attendees sampled dishes from the menu, highlighting a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and diverse menu options.
Mitch List, general manager at the Fishers Event Center, is eager for guests to try their menu.
“We’re really thrilled to show it off to the general public this Friday,” List said.
The newest venue in central Indiana seats 7,500 people and is set to host more than 125 events in the coming year. Along with VIP lounges and premium experiences, the team behind food and beverages at the Fishers Event Center have curated a menu unlike any other stadium in the city.
Signature dishes include:
- Pork belly cinnamon rolls
- German loaded bratwurst
- ‘Mac attack’ action station
- Chef’s signature pizza
- Roasted beet salad
- Pineapple carnitas nachos
- Smash burger
John Stockholm, the director of food and beverage at the event center, is excited to bring new offerings to the world of stadiums and arenas.
“The bottom line is the top ten items in any stadium in America are pretty much the same,” Stockholm said. “We decided to take those top ten items and work on what we can do to help.”
