The Pass The Torch for Women Foundation proudly announces its upcoming signature event, Pass The Mic, She Shifts The World: “When She Rises, The World Transforms”, taking place on Thursday, Nov.6, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Hotel Tango Distillery, The Foxhole, at 670 Virginia Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
This dynamic evening celebrates the voices and journeys of individuals who are courageously transforming their lives, communities, and industries. “Pass The Mic” provides a platform for our mentor and mentee pairs to share their stories of resilience, leadership, and empowerment, amplifying the belief that when women rise, the world truly transforms.
Event purpose and highlights
Pass The Torch for Women Foundation’s community of mentors, advocates, and allies will:
- Elevate authentic conversations around pivoting, perseverance, and purpose
- Foster meaningful networking and collaboration among women leaders and emerging professionals
- Highlight stories that exemplify courage, innovation, and community impact

Since its founding, Pass The Torch for Women Foundation has created over 3,200 mentoring matches, served more than 2,000 mentees, and united hundreds of communities and corporate partners to advance gender equity and professional growth. The Foundation’s mission is to empower women at all stages of their careers through mentoring, leadership development, and community connection.
