- The public entrance is located at 10 N. Senate Ave.
- Security Policy: Anyone not a state employee must undergo security screening, and personal items will be scanned.
- Drop-Off: You may be dropped off at the front entrance using a vehicle with hazard lights activated.
- Walking Time: Expect a 10-15 minute walk from each parking facility to the front entrance.
