INDIANAPOLIS-Aurora Bank has relocated its call center operations within the city, leasing an additional 8,000 square feet in the process. The Colorado-based bank will now be occupying 33,000 square feet at 5920 Castleway West Dr.
ĀAurora Bank has made a long-term investment in the city of Indianapolis. Its new facility at Castleton Park will support the near-term and long-term growth of its business,Ā says Jones Lang LaSalleĀs Dan OĀNeil, who represented the bank.
The bank moved 240 employees from 25,000 square feet at Heritage Park II, located at 6666 East 75th St. Lease terms on the deal were not released.
ĀThe Indianapolis office market continues to provide tenants with opportunities to find creative ways to reduce occupancy costs and to better align facilities needs with long-term business objectives,Ā OĀNeil says. ĀLandlords realize that retaining and expanding their tenant base is more critical than ever.Ā
Castleton ParkĀs owner was represented by Dave Moore with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. OĀNeil was assisted by JLL colleagues John Robinson and Julie Kilpatrick.
