The Indiana Pacers, in a groundbreaking partnership with the International Marketplace Coalition, and other participating partners are excited to unveil an initiative that promises to create unforgettable moments for 1,000 Hoosier kids and their families through the thrill of LIVE basketball games.
Named “1K Hoosier Hoops”, this initiative aligns perfectly with the Pacers’ commitment to growing basketball in Indiana. It recognizes the dreams of countless young Hoosiers who aspire to be like their basketball heroes but often lack the opportunity to attend live games.
The program’s core objective is to foster family moments and provide underserved families with a memorable experience, allowing them to witness their favorite basketball stars in action. Moreover, this initiative is particularly timely, with Indiana poised to host the NBA All-Star weekend in February 2024. “1K Hoosier Hoops” aims to build excitement in families ahead of this monumental basketball event.
