The Recorder is tracking positive cases of COVID-19 in Indiana, as reported by the Indiana State Department of Health, along with deaths and the number of tests administered.
The health department clarified April 3 that deaths are reported based on the day data is received, not the date a patient actually died. This means it may not be accurate to say there was an increase of 13 deaths between April 1 and 2, for example, since those deaths could have occurred over multiple days.
