Significant business advances/achievements:
I began my auto sales career at Hubler Acura in 1999 as a sales consultant for new and pre-owned Acuras. I joined Ed Martin Automotive a few years later as a sales consultant for new Acuras, Pontiacs and GMC vehicles and completed all General Motors and American Honda sales requirements for product and technical knowledge, and the Customer Service Index (CSI). There I was also a two-time salesman of the month. I joined the Burd Ford staff in November of 2010 and was certified as a new Ford sales associate in December.
Future goals:
I’d like to continue to provide an outstanding customer service experience to new clients by helping them make a mutually beneficial purchase decision and expand my client base by introducing these superior Ford motor vehicles to as many prospects as possible.
