Embassy Suites Hotels announced the recipients of its 2011 Brand Awards. Winners were honored at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. A mix of qualitative and quantitative metrics were used to select properties and leaders that demonstrated the best in class performance as it relates to revenue generation, guest service and leadership, while embodying the brandās service culture to āmake a differenceā with guests, team members and their communities.
