The seventh edition of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s Environmental Compliance Handbook is now available.
The book includes several hundred pages of easy-to-read text with charts and tables. It serves as a plain-English reference guide with the most updated information regarding employers’ environmental rights and responsibilities under state and federal laws.
Written by a team of attorneys from Bingham McHale, LLP, the seventh edition includes several new features, including: Indiana environmental crime statutes, animal feeding operations, recent updates on criminal versus civil enforcement, self-disclosure policy and penalty reduction, permit fees, accidental release prevention, permitting requirements, land application approval, drinking water pollution, the Underground Storage Tank Compliance Act and the Energy Policy Act of 2005, updated U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations and reporting requirements.
