Milwaukee-based artist Ike Wynter has been selected by the NFL to create a special art installation for the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, featuring handcrafted wooden interpretations of all 32 team logos made entirely from reclaimed Wisconsin wood.
Wynter, a self-taught eco-sustainable artist, spent more than 500 hours transforming discarded furniture into 32 3-foot-by-3-foot wooden mosaics for the player walkway, where draft prospects will walk before being selected.
Each piece relies on the natural textures and tones of the wood, with no added paint or stain.
“To have this work be part of such a major moment for these players, and for it to represent the heart of Wisconsin, is an incredible honor,” Wynter said. “Each piece of wood is from this community and has its own story, and I wanted to honor that by creating something meaningful without altering its natural beauty.”
The NFL highlighted Wynterās connection to Wisconsinās lumber and farming industries, as well as his commitment to sustainability.

More than 50 pieces of donated furniture were repurposed for the project, reflecting the stateās heritage.
“Ikeās installation is a true reflection of Wisconsin,” said Marissa Solis, NFL senior vice president of global brand and consumer marketing. “We want to celebrate the Draft in Green Bay by spotlighting the people and spirit that define this community. Ikeās work does exactly that ā turning reclaimed materials into something beautiful, and deeply meaningful for this moment.”
Wynter, whose past clients include Mike Tyson and the Milwaukee Brewers, is known for his raw, natural style. His work will serve as a visual welcome for the leagueās newest stars during the draft, happening April 24-26.
