This clinic offers an opportunity for both staff and students to receive age-appropriate immunizations, including the flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
The clinic will take place in the school cafeteria after regular school hours, running from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
You can register for the event HERE.
Use code “IN65942” when signing up and select “Center for Inquiry – 11/16” as your location.
Walk-ins the day of the clinic are also welcome. Please bring the immunization records for the individual who is receiving vaccinations.
IIC will not administer COVID-19 vaccine series without explicit parent request. However, if a student has already initiated the COVID-19 vaccine series and the parent does not wish to complete it, they can communicate their decision by emailing clinic@vaccinateindiana.org at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled immunization clinic.
