Fred Payne, the new president and CEO of United Way of Central Indiana, will be available to connect with local leaders, donors, advocates and volunteers during a series of meet-and-greet events around Central Indiana.

• 4-5 p.m. Aug. 25 — Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, 1635 W. Michigan St.
• 4:30-5:30 p.m. Aug. 29 — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, 1433 N. Meridian St.
• 8-9 a.m. Aug. 31 — Edna Martin Christian Center, 2605 E. 25th St.
Other meeting locations include Noblesville, Greencastle and Greenfield.
