Indy’s Global Village has announced their 17th annual Taste the Difference Festival from 12-4 p.m. on August 10 at the Global Village Welcome Center.
The food tasting will be held from 1-3 p.m., with over 30 authentic restaurants offering dishes that embody their culture. Food from Guinea, India, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Yemen and more will be on display for patrons to enjoy.
In addition to the food, the festival will include an array of vendors and performances to capture the diversity of Indianapolis. A fundraiser for the International Marketplace Coalition, all ticket sales will go towards their mission of revitalizing Lafayette Square and the surrounding community.
The Global Village Welcome Center is at 4233 Lafayette Road, and tickets can be purchased online at eventbrite.com/e/taste-the-difference-festival-2024-international-food-festival-fundraiser-tickets.
