Indiana Black Expo Inc. (IBE) has announced its lineup for the 41st Annual Summer Celebration presented by 1-800-QUIT-NOW, from July 7 through July 17 in Indianapolis.
The lineup includes the musical group Heads of State, which features Johnny Gill, Bobby Brown and Ralph Tresvant (former members of the 90s R&B group New Edition); songtress Stephanie Mills; The S.O.S. Band; rap artists MC Lyte and Biz Markie; Troop; Force MDs and Bell Biv Devoe. More performers, celebrities, keynote speakers, and Corporate Luncheon awardees will be announced at a later date.

As a special promotion through Feb. 28, IBE will offer a buy one get one free pack, which includes a general admission ticket to the exhibition hall and a ticket to the IBE Legends of Hip-Hop and R&B concert for $8. Tickets for the special promotion will go on sale Feb. 16, at the IBE Box Office only.
