Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark will lead a squad featuring teammates Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell in the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game here in Indianapolis.
Clark finalized her roster, “Team Clark,” during an hour-long WNBA Countdown special on ESPN on July 8.
As one of two team captains, Clark held the first overall pick in the starter selection. She immediately chose Fever center Boston. Clark later secured guard Mitchell with her first pick in the reserves round.

“Selecting Aliyah first was an easy decision,” Clark said. “Her presence is unmatched. Getting Kelsey later was a priority. Having both my teammates beside me in our home arena will be special.”
Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier, the opposing captain, selected New York Liberty forward Breanna Stewart with the second overall pick.
Clark’s other starter selections included reigning WNBA Most Valuable Player A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas Aces) and three-time All-Star Satou Sabally (Phoenix Mercury). New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu was Clark’s third overall pick.
Clark rounded out her squad with reserves Gabby Williams (Seattle Storm), Washington Mystics rookies Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen, Jackie Young (Las Vegas Aces) and Kayla Thornton (Golden State Valkyries).
In a unique arrangement, the teams swapped head coaches. New York Liberty Head Coach Sandy Brondello will lead Team Clark. Collier’s squad will have her Lynx head coach, Cheryl Reeve.
Clark jokingly apologized to the WNBA and ESPN about the trade but assured viewers the decision was final.
