City leaders and organizers will gather at the Corteva Coliseum, Indiana State Fairgrounds, on April 3, kicking off the 5th-annual HBCU All-Star Game Experience.

The press conference includes Councilor Keith Graves (District 9), HBCU All-Stars founder and CEO Travis L. Williams, Circle City Broadcasting’s DuJuan McCoy, Recorder Media Group’s Robert Shegog and Indy Black Chamber of Commerce’s Larry Williams. 

The weekend showcase features 24 of the nation’s top HBCU basketball players representing the MEAC, SWAC, CIAA, SIAC, Tennessee State, Hampton and North Carolina A&T.

“We are incredibly excited to bring the HBCU All-Star Game Experience to Indianapolis — a city that has truly embraced our vision,” Williams said in a statement. “This weekend will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for these young men.” 

Corteva Coliseum is located at 1202 East 38th Street in Indianapolis.
