The Marion County Fair

The 87th annual Marion County Fair kicks off Friday, June 16, at 5 p.m. and runs until June 25. The entire family can enjoy talent shows, musical performances, carnival games and rides in the midway. Freedom Day at the Eiteljorg

Celebrate Juneteenth at the Eiteljorg with music, performances, demonstrations, food and fun for the entire family. Juneteenth is a holiday commemorating the announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas in June 1865. On Saturday, June 17, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., the celebration and museum admission will be free for all.

The Taste of Broad Ripple

On Saturday, June 17, at 3 p.m., this one-day festival will bring the best local food, beer and live music to the streets of Broad Ripple Village. Taste of Broad Ripple will feature several interactive areas, including a food, wine and beer sampling and a kids area with face painting, a balloon artist and a bounce house. Tickets are $7 at the gate for general admission, and 10 percent of all ticket sales will be donated to Second Helpings to help relieve hunger in central Indiana. Talbot Street Art Fair

Enjoy the works of more than 270 artists from across the nation at the Talbot Street Art Fair. This free, family-friendly event will take place on June 17 at 6 p.m. and June 18 at 5 p.m. in the historic Herron Morton Neighborhood between 16th and 20th streets and between Delaware and Pennsylvania streets. Sunrise yoga on the canal 

Feeling a mid-week slump? Start the day off with Sunrise Yoga on the Canal. The event takes place at Vermont Street Plaza on the Canal. Free parking is available at the parking meters on Senate Avenue until 7 a.m. Sunrise Yoga recurs weekly on Wednesday mornings through Aug. 31.

The Total Package Tour

New Kids on the Block, Paula Abdul and Boyz II Men are coming to Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Sunday, June 18, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.

Naptown Dope Comedy Show
