Eskenazi Health to host community day health fair on May 2

Eskenazi Health will host a Community Day Health Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  on May 2 at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek, offering free health services and family-friendly activities for residents across Indianapolis. 

The event will include free blood pressure and vision screenings, preventive dental care, health information, games, prizes and giveaways. Radio One will partner with Eskenazi Health and broadcast live during the event. 

Eskenazi Health operates a network of 10 federally qualified health center facilities across Marion County, providing access to primary care services for residents seeking treatment for illness or routine care to maintain their health. These community health centers are designed to offer affordable, comprehensive care.

“Eskenazi Health Center is dedicated to improving access and enhancing the well-being of our neighbors throughout the city,” said Dr. Dawn Haut, CEO of Eskenazi Health Center. “Health fairs and community events like this serve as an important part in accomplishing that goal.” 

Services available at Eskenazi Health Center locations include OB/GYN care, mental health services, pediatric, adolescent and adult primary care, pharmacy services, diabetes education, nutrition consultation and support, as well as women, infants and children services provided by the Marion County Public Health Department.
