Fairbanks Foundation grants $7.5M to boost college enrollment

The Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation has announced five Marion County school corporations to receive $7.5 million to implement plans to increase college enrollment.

The following school corporations will implement their plans beginning with the 2024-25 school year: 

  • Franklin Township Community School Corporation 
  • Indianapolis Public Schools 
  • MSD of Warren Township 
  • MSD of Wayne Township 
  • Victory College Prep 

The schools are part of a $14 million initiative which began the first phase in 2023 by awarding $5 million in short-term grants to school corporations, community organizations and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.
