Prior to her appointment, Savage utilized her years of experience in finance, advocacy and leadership as the executive vice president of finance and operations at Martin University.

“I’m thrilled to find a home at the Indy Chamber, where I can leverage my experience in finance, administration and community engagement,” Savage said in a press release. “As a native of Indianapolis, I’m particularly excited about playing an integral role in shaping the future of the Indy region.”

As the new chief strategy officer and chief of staff, Hughes will continue to lead policy development and government affairs and expand his responsibilities into strategic planning and project management.

Prior to his appointment, Hughes worked with the Chamber for six years. His involvement included advancing the Inner Loop Project, a $3 billion investment plan to redesign downtown infrastructure. Additionally, Hughes helped launch the Business Equity for Indy initiative and other public policy initiatives.

Bentley will serve as the new vice president of governmental affairs and lead the Chamber’s legislative affairs, political operations and grassroots advocacy efforts. Prior to her appointment, Bentley served as the government affairs director for the Accelerate Indiana Municipalities.

The President and CEO of Indy Chamber, Matt Mindrum, expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointees in a press release.

“We are incredibly fortunate to have ZeNai, Taylor and Jenna as part of our leadership team. Each brings tremendous experience and a shared commitment to making Indy the fastest growing, most attractive and most inclusive region in the Midwest,” Mindrum said.

The appointments reflect Indy Chamber’s dedication to strengthening their team and abilities to support business and communities across Indy.
