One candidate is running unopposed for Indianapolis City-County Council District 12: Democratic incumbent Vop Osili.
Osili assumed his position in 2012. He is the founder of A+X, LLC, where he also serves as an architect.
The Indianapolis Recorder and WFYI sent Perkins six questions to help voters learn more. Osili did not respond to the survey.
Early voting opened Oct. 11. Election Day is Nov. 7.
