The Indianapolis Black Alumni Council, Inc. held its 46th Annual HBCU College Fair ron Oct. 2 at Martin University. More than a thousand visitors were in attendance to look for advanced educational opportunities at several colleges and universities. Financial aid and workshops were available for the parents throughout the evening.
