“Tucker has long been known as the leader in agent education. It’s a proud history and a central focus for the company each and every day,” said Jim Litten, president of F.C. Tucker Company.

“We are thrilled to have a leader like Crystal. Her enthusiasm and passion for helping agents succeed and serve their clients is unmatched.”

White has a background in training and developing agents locally and nationally through established curriculum and originally developed content.

Litten said she is a sought-after national speaker and trainer.

In her new role, White will be responsible for new agent education for the more than 350 agents that join F.C. Tucker each year and planning and executing a two-day continuing education conference attended by more than 500 agents.

White assumes the role from Karey Bredemeyer, who will transition to co-manager of F.C. Tucker’s Noblesville office on Jan. 1, 2024.

The vice president of agent development is a critical role within Tucker, as relevant, cutting-edge training is essential to the real estate industry.
