That spirit is what gave life to Twisted Daiquiris, Indy’s newest mobile daiquiri bar built on good vibes, bold flavor, and unforgettable moments — and currently open for booking across the state.
Twisted was inspired by two of the most important people in my life: my grandmother, Rachel “Man-Maw,” and my Uncle Red. Man-Maw was the heart of every gathering — her Southern hospitality wrapped in every warm embrace, home-cooked meal, and playful scolding that always came from love. Uncle Red shaped me, too. He took me to Texas at a young age and opened my eyes to a culture that still influences how I see flavor, family, and my connection to it, shaping who I am today. Losing them both left a space that could only be filled by carrying their legacy forward. That’s why I created Rachel’s Place, my parent company, as a tribute to them. From that foundation, Twisted Daiquiris was born.
This business has never just been about me. It’s about honoring the ones who came before me and continuing their legacy of generosity, resilience, and community. Just like Man-Maw welcomed everyone into her home with open arms and a pot of something delicious on the stove, Twisted welcomes people together, one drink at a time, sharing the warmth, joy, and Southern spirit she embodied so effortlessly.
