Sweet Bundle of Joy launches new web site

More by this author

Sweet Bundle of Joy announced that it has opened up its blog page for mothers that have a disabled child, where they can go online and share their stories with other mothers, on how they deal on a daily basis, taking care of their disabled child.

Disabilities are not a choice, yet there are many mothers out there that give birth to a child that has a severe disability every day. According to the March of Dimes, more than 150,000 babies are born in the U.S. each year with disabilities.

Cynthia Lynn Stigger, founder of the web site, felt a need to bring these mothers together where they could share with one another what they go through on a daily basis.

Stigger says what makes SBOJ so different from other sites is that “we not only are concerned about the disabilities of the child, but focus on the mother’s needs as well.” Mothers of disabled children can go to the site and share their stories with other mothers in a similar situation, and how they survive through their adversities. They can also spread joy to one another through their triumphs while sharing their stories with the world – the experience of raising a disabled child.

For more information call Stigger at (317) 339-5126 or visit www.sweetbundleofjoy.net.
