The Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper won 11 awards from the Hoosier State Press Association (HSPA) Better Newspaper Contest.
The HSPA awards come after the Recorder won 18 awards from the Society of Professional Journalism Best in Indiana Journalism Awards in June.
