Redefining workforce engagement in the wake of COVID-19

The term “workforce” can be used relationally and procedurally. In the wake of COVID, we’ve had to change the nature of our interactions with our peers and employees, and we’ve significantly altered our processes to accomplish even the most straightforward tasks.
