One candidate is running unopposed for Indianapolis City-County Council District 6: Democrat Carlos Perkins.
Perkins is a senior pastor at Bethel AME Cathedral, former principal of Pike Preparatory Academy and a member of Faith in Indiana.
The Indianapolis Recorder and WFYI sent Perkins six questions to help voters learn more. Perkins did not respond to the survey
Early voting opened Oct. 11. Election Day is Nov. 7.
